new job grind msq or duty's

ok so we're going to be going into our 3rd expansion now and we've seen many new jobs since then....So kinda wanna setup a poll of sorts and at the same time gather everyones thoughts on it. So here's my question to all of you in each your experience whats better? leveling a new job through the msq i.e you hold off on msq progression till the new job and advance that way (hsw or sb) or!... Or do you guys think it's better to farm the turd out of potd, HoH, dungeons? which seems the more logical method to use in your minds? let's hear those pros and cons.

on sb release many ppl switched their jobs to the new ones and since they had finished msq to that point and the new jobs were below the max lvl they grindet potd since we all know its the most efficient exp gain, especially for dps (with 2 new dps jobs at this time..)
i guess this will happen again and ppl will level up in hoh untill they reach 70 and go with the msq. msq is maybe not the most efficient way, but is close to and is much more entertaining then hoh/potd or dungeon spamm and also mandatory for unlocking new content.

there might be a new way to level up soon with the new game + system which is going to be implemented in the upcoming expansion, but since we lack information its hard to say.

Depends on the class. Tanks can generally chain dungeons back to back because of the fact that their queue times are ridiculously fast, so GNB might be better in duties/dungeons.

DNC might be prime PoTD material, as most DPS are prone to be. But I'd wait to see how these new FATE changes end up playing out -- unless the new stuff only applies to 5.0.

in the live stream they said that the fate changes and side quest changes will be only in the 5.0 zones. who knows maybe at some point they'll update the old ones too, but the SB fate changes still haven't been implemented to ARR/HW.

My main class always lvls through the msq. So not going to get in to that.

For alt classes I like to mix things up with different roulettes, deep dungeon, beast tribes, side quests, etc. What I end up doing depends on the day. I mix it up so I don't get bored of the same content over and over, which for me can easily happen in POTD and HoH.

Tank queues are only fast because people don't play them as much. Expect queues as everyone tries to level GNB at once.

Personally I'm diving straight into MSQ with my summoner, and will come back to level jobs later.

MSQ first for content unlocks, always.

I don't count myself at level cap until the MSQ is clear. And I don't do alts until I'm at cap.

    Anything else is wrong, honestly.

I will try leveling Dancer first via dungeons and roulettes (don't like deep dungeon) until 70. At 70, if I decide I like it, I will continue with it for MSQ. Otherwise, I will switch back to my current main, Samurai, for MSQ. Since SAM won't see significant change, I should still like it regardless.

Alt jobs I do Roulettes, then spam highest level dungeon for both gear and xp. I'm honestly not a fan of Deep Dungeon, so I'd rather wait out the queue.
