I don't see the Viera as "amazon women" because they are not muscular. They are slim and tall. They give a more "Victoria's secret model" vibe. This appeals to a lot of players and it's something new. I agree that the players who admire the cutesy/small aesthetic will not want to play Viera because they are tall.

However, I would not put them in the same category as Roe or Elezen.

Probably because I'm not trying very hard, but I haven't got their face the way I like it, there's also the lack of tails, and at least to me, their racial gear is worse than female miqo'te racial gear, just not a fan of it. Height is a non-issue for me even though I do prefer shorter women.

Tell you what, you can have shorter Veena after we get taller, savage looking female Xaela.

It would be neat if more races had midlander/highlander type differences instead of minor things like skin color or cat eyes, but I don't think it's really feasible for SE to do it right now. Just doing the two races as is is a apparantly stretching their resources. And it seems odd to me to ask for the Veena to be shorter to be like Feol, when they're not Feol?
