GATE: Leap of Faith - Too many people to perform mechanics easily

After trying Leap of Faith on the weekend... yes I know, bad idea... but...

They need to reduce the number of people in the instance. I don't know what would be a good maximum number so I'll leave that to the community experts. As it is right now, it is very difficult to succeed. It is nothing but a stream of players and seeing the platforms is very difficult, not to mention its almost more laggy than Eureka or the hunts.

Probably because the FFXV event is on and players are trying to get enough MGP for the Regalia. It'll die down when that event cycles out.

Find it easier to turn off the hud . Not seeing names jumping all over makes it a lot easier to see platforms

Limit the number of displayed characters in Character settings will help you a lot. There will be a lot less bodies on screen blocking platforms and the lag goes away too.

That would be nice if the game actually had such an option, which it doesn't ... well, it has, but only on PC. I don't understand why this isn't an option for PS4 players, as they struggle even more with lag when many players are on scene (as in Eureka).

Also I tried this too, it doesn't do anything. Even at minimum it still seems to show everyone else in the zone.

IMO everyone in there should be invisible other than anyone you've entered in a party with.

I ran the events to obtain the car for both my Machinist and Nashu , I waited until it died down some before my second car attempt due to the madness of not seeing the platform due to crowd turbulence.

Wait to go in until it's been going 7 or 8 minutes. Then after 2 or 3 mins the people who jumped in instantly start getting booted. You get you 10 minutes to attempt it no matter when you start. If you start at 9 mins 59 secs you still get the full 10 minutes of playtime.

Or, sometimes if you click the NPC instantly you get a creepy as f*ck solo instance. I do worse on those than the overcrowded ones myself, and there's no way to guarantee you'll get it, but you can try it.
