Modders can take up to weeks to mod a single piece of clothing, for many reasons. I doubt they'd have the resources, time and willingness to mod an entier bestial-like female body that works around the emotes and gears of the Hrothgar for exemple. I guess it could be done for the Viera, but there would still be a lot of time to put in it, plus, the voice would still be an issue (they cannot change sounds in game, only textures or models, as far as I know).

So saddly I don't believe this could work
It's really not a good suggestion. Not ragging on you personally, and I hope it doesn't come off that way and SINCERELY apologize if it does, but this is absolutely the hill I will die on. It essentially devalues the worth of the asset team who are already putting in hours of their own time to meet our needs. Never, ever give a company the expectation that they can get something for free. Because that company won't go 'cool the fans are dedicated, thanks for the help!' and instead will go 'why are we paying these asset artists if people will just do their work for free'? As someone who works in a creative industry it's an attitude that should NEVER be fostered because once it's settled in with a company those employees start dropping worth like a rock in water. Especially in an industry like gaming where unions are still frowned upon. /Especially/ in countries like Japan where workers are already put through the ringer do to insane societal expectations between the bosses and their underlings.

Worse yet you can end up with companies like Bethesda who got so used to the fans doing their work for them that their games became soulless cash ins that barely innovate or bother to fix bugs because 'the fans will do it'.

Don't worry, I'm not taking it in a wrong way

I actually meant that it was a good suggestion in the "it's a good intention" way. I do know it wouldn't be a good thing, as you mentioned. I'm not a fan of companies letting players 'help' them this way, anyway.
