Mac client crashes very often

without leaving "app crashed suddenly" reports except 1 out of 10 times
on alt tab
so many times
(6 times today)
and the mojave OS tells me the mac client is "not optimized."

Since I updated the os to Mojave when the FFXIV updater no longer worked with previous OS High Sierra about 4 months ago.

negative ghostrider*, this is through the Mac OSx Mojave run FFXIV updater client.

A few other points
Clicking on any of the ads or links in the FFXIV updater, like say for a new mog station item renders the FFXIV non responsive, requiring a force quit.

I've managed to not alt tab crash FFXIV by keeping all other programs closed.

Thank you for your reply. I've uninstalled and done a clean install of both the FFXIV client and the MacOSx. Issues persist, including new ones where the client tells me it cannot download patch files, but loads anyway, and where the game begins to load, but hangs at the black screen right before the ESRB rating. Forcing a force quit.
