FIX COMPATIBILITY WITH NEW WINDOWS 10

THE GAME IS UNPLAYABLE WITH NEWER WINDOWS 10 AFTER CREATORS UPDATE
THE LAST WINDOWS 10 MAY UPDATE. MAKES CRASH THE FATAL DIRECTX ERROR.
NOT FAULT OF NVIDIA OR AMD. THE GAME MUST BE UPDATED. IM TIRED LOSING DAYS THAT I PAID FOR THE GAME.

If there's a problem with a Windows Update, do a system restore or roll it back.

Also I'm currently running Windows 10 and have no compatibility problems whatsoever. You'll probably be asked to be more descriptive besides "Windows 10 makes game crash".

I looked at your post history. You already have a post on this issue in the Technical Support forum, which was responded to by a moderator yesterday, asking you for additional information that will help them investigate the issue. This post is currently open to replies, but you haven't responded to it.

So why are you here complaining about how all the mods do is close your topics due to "no response from the original poster"? Of course they're going to do that if you don't give them the information they directly asked for.

So respond to the other thread. Tell the GM what they want to know.

If it gets ignored and closed because you haven't given them the information they need, then they are not the one at fault.

If you want their help solving this, right now you need to help them first. Not complain about how they aren't helping you - because they're ready and willing to do so, but can't until you reply to their questions.
