I just learned your job guage will decrease when you move. I don't like that change at all. Especially when you have to run between trash packs in a dungeon. I think that's a horrible change.

To my knowledge, this is not actually true. Yoshi-P spends around nine seconds running between mobs during the showcase of Red Mage's kit in the recent Live Letter, and the gauge remains at 77/83 the entire time.
I believe that was a mistranslation, yes.
They were referencing Reprise at the time, which functionally appears to be Red Mages version of Scathe (albeit at Lv76 when other Jobs are getting cool new sh*t, instead of Lv15 where such a basic utility skill belongs). I can see how "You can't build or spend gauge while being forced to move so we're adding this as an option" could get mistaken for "Since you lose gauge while moving we're adding this".
Sure am glad I now have something to use during Construct 8s rotation spam... Oh wait it's a Lv76 skill and thus I still have no options on all existing old content... Why do they acknowledge the issue but gate the solution behind the very latest levels... Same thing for Engagement, I mean that's a terrible solution to "You can't use Displacement on some maps", but locking the solution to that at Lv72 and leaving us to still suffer that drawback in all existing content? Just take the same logic that lead to Repelling Shot losing its damage and apply that to Displacement like a sane person... Spent 2 years wondering when they'd finally acknowledge and fix that, only for them to finally "fix" it with a lower potency (so we're still punished for map design) shared cooldown... Meanwhile Summoner gets Demi Phoenix...
OK, bringing up Demi Phoenix is a silly argument to make, most Jobs actually get pretty meh skills at Lv72 or 74. Thing is, they're all pretty much improvements on existing things... A new tier of an existing spell, a new Jump, that sort of thing... Engagement is not an improvement on Displacement, it's straight up a 50 potency reduction on Displacement... This would be like Scholar getting a Broil upgrade at Lv72 (they in fact do) and the potency of the Broil III actually being a downgrade on Broil II... Heck who knows, maybe that's exactly what happens... I pray the potency we saw on Engagement was just a sign that its still in development, and upon release it's actually not a complete waste of sense... There's hope, I guess, they forgot to put the II on the end of the AoE versions of Veraero and Verthunder, so Red Mage is clearly due some last minute tweaks before release... Much more likely though, is that we're looking at this expansions Shake it Off...

The localization team has probably just been busy doing other things, like the 150 story quests that need localization. The AST actions demo showed the AST drawing an Arrow card but the job gauge showed the Arrow symbol labeled "The Bole"; drawing a Bole card but the job gauge shows the Bole symbol labeled "The Spear"; and a Spear card but the job gauge shows the Spear symbol labeled "The Arrow". Names/localization probably were just not high priorities at the time the video and the test build shown in the PLL were put together.
Though on the subject of names, I think BLM's new single target Flare should be called Scorch and our combo finisher should be something else. Nothing about the spinny black lines animation reads "scorch" to me.
Error 3102 Club, Order of the 52nd Hour

I think the name is just predicting the next card. it might be intentional.
Personally I'm more interested in the direct effects the skills have over their names/ elements.
I just want RDM healing/mitigation support abilities. p.p

Here's hoping that it's that and not just he had god mode one.

Except when you don't have any card drawn, there's no name there. The "prediction" is only right one time, so poor evidence of a prediction mechanic. Also when they convert the last card to Lord of Crowns, the name matches with the current card.
Honestly, the animation reminds me of Scatter, but I guess Scatter was never a very good name for a spell... Bring back the old spell Raze might be good for Black Mages spell though, certainly better than Despair... Equally they could change Red Mages to Scourge, in reference to our LB3, Scourge and Scorch are close enough that that's probably what they were going for.
Speaking of Scatter... I hope they change Jolt II and Impact around, Impact should be the single target animation since its more impressive, and give II spells tend to be AoE, Jolt II should be the AoE, although I'd rather have Scatters animation back since Jolt IIs animation is awfully dull. With Impact removed from our single target rotation, we'll be using Jolt II twice as often (unless Acceleration saw adjustments, but as far as I know Verstone and Verfire procs remain the same) which is a shame... It's one of the least impressive spells in the game...

Let's not forget either how long it had taken them to even make a single change to Red in Stormblood while every other job had received multiple changes by then.
Shadowbringers Dancer may very well be the weakest dps (but it's support may make up for it) this is speculation of course.
I have been a Bard and Blm main for 5 years and SB i rather switched to Red as it is vey easy job and fun. Hopefully new changes however will make it more engaging and it's output and support bumped up some.
