    Mesui generates 40 ninki. Seems like a good enough effect on its own.

    Animation locks are the main thing making me doubt that Shukuchi was actually used there. That and it would actually give Hyoton a purpose because I kind of doubt it would do more damage then an enhanced Raiton.
