Thread: NIN 5.0 gameplay

Seems like our Ninjutsu get strengthened/altered when at or above 80 Ninki. Could be wrong, though.

Also like the new shadow double animation.

i think when you press that pink flower action (forgot its silly name) you'll activate the two new skills. idk though

Also makes me wonder if we lost Huton in exchange for Bunshin, so that we don't step on Monk's toes with a Need4Speed. XD

I do what the enhanced Raiton/Suiton/Doton do, since Hyoton seems to become a gap closer when enhanced.

I'm not convinced it's kassatsu that powered up the ninjutsu since the ninja also absorbed the suiton off the striking dummy before using kassatsu to execute the two ninjutsu.

Also hyoton wasn't a gap closer, the ninja did still use sukuchi to get over to the striking dummy.

Animation locks are the main thing making me doubt that Shukuchi was actually used there. That and it would actually give Hyoton a purpose because I kind of doubt it would do more damage then an enhanced Raiton.

As far as we know there might not be an enhanced raiton. Might just be a trait turning katon into a more powerful version for aoe when used with kassatsu and another trait turning hyoton into a powerful single target ninjutsu with kassatsu.
Also since they usually tend to show every new additions in the job actions videos it would make it just the 5 skills for 70 to 80 (the +40 ninki water skill, trait for boosted katon, trait for boosted hyoton, new aoe and shadow clone)
