Moogle Treasure Trove grind

I assume it's a bonus event intended to reward those for helping with the assumed influx of new and returning players that will start playing because of the job action trailer and the media tour info that is going to release around when this event starts. There will be some that premade spam it in a week but people that do a bunch of roulettes every day will more or less hit 100 by the time the event ends.

Yeah this "event" is a big ole' nope from me. Too much grinding right before a new expansion.

The costs are definitely too high. I already run a lot of this stuff casually. So I'll see where I am at the end to see what I can get, but it's not worth the grind to work toward any certain reward, especially the earrings.

I have had too many ct's for alliance raid roulette and far too many sub 50 for lvling ques. It is just bad exp and we don't need something like this create an even further demand for lower lvl dungeons and raids. I leveled my character to sixty trying to get him to 70 before stormbringers i should get 50-70 bare minimum. I should get void ark weeping city and dun scaith would it be so bad to put the rewards above lvl 50 dungeons and raids??

I am actually feeling this, the other raid queue times seem to be abnormally long now. I already got the pegasus, I'll work on other stuff later, but I needed some coins for my other classes scaevan gear!

Wont be doing any of that on any of my accounts, i had enough of that kind of crap event grind back in wow for years.

There are a couple things in that list that I want, but I don't want them this badly. I've backed off of FFXIV until the expansion so I don't get burnt out on it. This would not be conducive to that goal.

I am interested in those special version maps, if they are quaranteed last floor maps, then they are the real treasure for achievement hunters but if they are just normal maps, they are way too expensive.

As far as I can see, these maps are NOT unique (aka them will stack!!!), and have a guaranteed portal.
