Japanese 16a Error in Shadowbringers Benchmark Launcher

My apologies, here is a screencap of the error message. There have been no changes to my computer and I am able to get into the regular ffxiv client without this prompt. It is just in the benchmark. EDIT: Also tried to do a clean boot like suggested in another thread about a similar problem and that didn't work for me either.
