    Shadowbringers Benchmark fails to extract

I can properly download the .zip file from the lodestone website. However, when I try to extract the files, I always hit at least one error code, "0x80004005" and the file in question would extract properly. Choosing to skip it means the program won't run properly because it's missing a file. I've attempted multiple downloads and selecting "unblock" in the properties menu, but nothing has worked.

Any ideas why this is happening? Any possible solutions?

I'm also having this issue on both of my rigs. I've also tried using both Chrome and Edge to download the file and get the same error as the user above. If I use WinRAR to extract it instead, I get hit with multiple checksum errors followed by "This archive is corrupt" Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: I doubt it matters in this case but
    Main rig:
    Ryzen 2600X
    RX 580 8GB
    16GB DDR4 @ 3000 MHz
    Storage - 1TB Samsung 860 Evo
Programs attempted to extract with - WinRAR, default Windows zip management

    Laptop:
    i7-7700HQ
    Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB
    16GB DDR4 @ 2400 MHz
    512GB m.2 SSD
    Programs - same as above.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Has Final Fantasy XIV crashed before? Were any updates or changes made the PC recently? Please also provide a system report .Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' What have you tried to alleviate the issue?

    Hope to see you online!
