SE, Please give us the option to make Hrothgar and Viera shorter

Maybe I'm alone here, but I thought we'd be getting the option to make both new races shorter.

EDIT: I keep hearing they shouldn't do so because of "lore" reasons.
As a fan of the tactics series, I strongly disagree.

And, if it were up to me, we'd get shorter and taller subraces/clans for every race.

They were pretty clear that they were going to be tall from the outset. That said they're actually shorter than both Roe and Elezen.

I mean, sure they did. I just expected the sub-races to have height differences besides just different colour palettes.
I like seeing game worlds from my own height (165cm), it helps me get immersed.

Wouldn't huge height difference require more attention to the gear in getting it to fit? I think the racial options presented are pretty much a result of keeping those concerns at bay. Both clans appear to be similar in that respect. I usually use max height settings for my characters but I'll have to make an alt and try the height slider to see how tall they really look (discounting ears) relative to other races. I personally can't tell using the benchmark just how tall they are. It's a shame they don't have them referenced with other avatars to show the differences.

I know your pain. Viera’s shortest height is 5’10 which isn’t very feminine in my opinion for a female. Just have to suck it up. You know darn well SE won’t do this, they ignore 80% - 90% of requests, so don’t expect it. Pick a race you like, and fits your needs.

I like short feminine characters, so I’m a Midlander girl on lowest height.

You realize super models are generally tall right?

And you realize more than half the population of females are not super model material, right? To begin with, females being that tall isn’t common. 5’10 is literally average height for a U.S male. Just not very feminine unfortunately.

You are making a blanket statement that a woman isn't "feminine" just because they are tall. Which is objectively untrue. Which is why I made the example of a super model.
