Card Decks

How is having a deck with five 2 star cards having to many rare cards. When my main has deck that has one 5 star card and 4 two star cards in it and doesn't say to many rare cards in the deck. Is this some type of bug or something. Because npc's can have decks with 2 5 star cards and have rest 2 star and 3 star cards. This doesn't seem very fair.

You can only have 1 card that is 2* or more until you have collected at least 30 cards.

After which you can have any number of 1* and 2* cards but only one 3* or higher card until you have collected at least 60 cards.

At that point, you can have any number of 1*, 2* and 3* cards in your deck but only one 4* or 5* card.

Also yes, NPC's don't give a crap about these rules.

My alt has 31 cards and still says to many rare cards. When they are all 2 star cards. They need to remove this limit for rare cards. In real life there would be no limit. It just be like yu-gi-oh.
