No it's a cliff, it's on the firsts Vylbrand. It's likely on the path to Mount Gulug.

I thought that was pretty straight forward. From the looks of the picture, it looks like a wall is being built inside the cliff. Which if that's the case, the OP really isn't wrong.

A "wall" suggests a long, thin structure intended to divide an otherwise open area.

A narrow, deep structure inside a natural cliff face doesn't fit that concept at all.

Even if it's blocking off what was otherwise an open path through the cliffs to another area, I don't think I'd call it a wall.

It's a elevator/pully system for getting to the top of the cliff... there's no wall.

Actually, it's an aqueduct, I though that was a road but it's actually a stream.
