Personally I still have some fanta lying around from last sale, so I will be using one and getting naked last time I log out before the maintenance, so that once the game is back up I can customize my char before even entering the login queue. My thinking is that it won't even matter if it'll already have the new 60 mins timer or not, cause I sure as heck won't log out again once I do manage to get into the game xD

I am really curious what other past hairstyles will be unlocked for female hrothgar. I would love to believe, they've caught up and adapted everything they've done for Viera. On the other hand, this is SE so probably nothing. Still find it bizarre they only gave us four starting race hairstyles. I mean...what is so hard about the hrothgar heads for them. Or is this to maintain parity with the males?

I absolutely do think that they separated the femhroth starting hairstyles by face ONLY because that's what they did for the males. They never gave in and added the male hairstyles to all faces either - despite people asking about it to this day. That they repeated the same shit with the females instead of fixing it for the males makes me think this is a hill they're willing to die on and we'll never see the starting hairstyles available to all faces. They did add some of the non-exclusive hairstyles to the males eventually, so I don't think the femhroths will have to live with just 4 hairstyles forever. I am hoping and praying they will already have more hairstyles on release, but it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't ;(

Call me a tinfoil hat wearer, but yeah, I am pretty sure this decision was a "strategical" one so they can keep pretending the hairstyle issues with Hrothgar were not extremely messed up bad planning but intentional because of technical reasons or time reasons or clipping or whatever they said as justification. With every common hairstyle they are releasing for the Hrothguys this is less believable. You can adjust hairstyles released before this race existed to a Hrothguy head, but their very own unique racial hairstyles are too complex and too hard to handle for all faces...? Just admit your priorities were way off, apologize and work on it in the next few months instead of releasing the other half of the race with the very same problems. But I guess this is too much to ask.

It's the same as the males as confirmed in the Benchmark. Each face has four hairstyles that are face-locked. My assumption is this was done to maintain parity with the males. We won't know what past hairstyles are available until we login Friday.

I would advise people to temper their expectations... There are 4 hairstyles per face and the WoL hairstyle in the benchmark. One new hairstyle in the patch notes. 6 options in total for any face.
