Show your Hrothgar!

I have come back to my girl after a long break. I know it's a male Hrothgar but he is a she and decided on giving her a fresh look, so I went on the snow leopard route.

Male on the outside... for now.

She'll make a fine lioness. Er... I mean, leopardess?

I recently created an alt that uses face 2 (Radovan) and honestly it does feel that, at least compared to face 1 (Runar), they're somewhat less expressive. Face 2 is also by far the most popular face so I wonder if there's some semblance of truth there, or it's just a coincidence since I'm simply more used to face 1 /shrug

I don't have much experience with Face 1, but I do know Runar at least has a lot more expression around his lips than we do. Ours change very faintly, almost microexpression-like. A smile is really hard to detect unless you go for /grin or something obvious. On the other hand however, Face 2, the eyes are at least a little more expressive than in the other faces, barring the Bajsaljen face which I think has a more determined/piercing stare.

It looks like it's just a normal default face, but I'm using /simper. The corners of the lips are curled just a teeny bit. But because of the muzzle, unless you're really used to this face, you'll never notice it's there.

(also I'm amazed as to how I picked a really vibrant eye colour, expecting it to be noticeable, and STILL the Forums make my eyeballs disappear!! ...eh, at least I look fly as hell now, so...)

Hrothgar looks way different (and much better) up close and with good lighting. I kinda understand how people can miss their inherent cuteness because you rarely see them at such an angle in normal gameplay unless you play the MSQ with one.

To me the smile is obvious but as you said, it might be because I'm simply used to how the default expression look.

I don't know if this was your intention, but you did make me blush with that comment! I do love my girl and generally like to make pretty-looking characters so thank you for the compliment! But you're mighty fine yourself 10/10 would boop that snoot! And your tattoo/face paint matches so well with the frame of your face and the contrasting colour puts in evidence your Turquoise eyes! You did an amazing job at designing him!

Man I wish I liked the new glam. I don't think it's bad or ugly, I just... don't like it. Ah well.
