He looks very wild, also bc of those spikes. I would prefer the first one.
The second one has big pupills and doesnt look that wild, it doesnt fit with the look his face has.
To me the light skin (fur) tone from the third one doestn work well with the tattoo and hair colour.


But this are just my thoughts



Hrothgar still is an amazing race. Would also create one, but prefer feminine characters as i am also f.
