It sounds like you have a relatively stable connection. Any drops are short, but enough to completely disconnect you from the game.

The suggestions we provide are to alleviate any troubles with your home network. If they have solved the issue, it may stem from somewhere along your route to the server. In this case, we'd recommend contacting your ISP and making a report.

Have you tested the game on any other devices or other internet connections?
