So I've recently come back to play the game again, I've been playing for the past 3 days absolutely fine no problems until recently I had the game freeze and close during a cutscene and ever since then I cannot get back onto my character, every time I'm met with the same error message during the loading screen and the game is forced to close.

I've followed many possible problems and fixes to no solution until I read a post explaining that the character itself maybe bugged and trying to load into an invalid location. I then tested this by creating a new character and the game loaded up just fine no problems at all.

If possible I need my character, Rayne Leviathan (Odin Server) moved to a different zone.

Can you provide the error message you are receiving?

If this is only happening with one character, you may want to try deleting the locally-saved data folder (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.

Today I'm not getting no message the game simply closes the client during the loading screen.

I currently don't have the folder you specified, only My Documents > My Games> Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn, which doesn't include saved data. I did a full re-installation of the game yesterday evening perhaps that is why there is no folder.

The game still runs fine on other characters.

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I can confirm I've fixed the issue, I re-installed the client from your website instead from steam and my problem has disappeared, I assume something must have become corrupted within the steam folder previously.
