What is Square's view on buying/selling art of our characters?

Does anyone happen to know Square's view on if we were to buy and/or sell art work of our own character? Such as if I commissioned someone to draw my Miqo'te I play as and paid with real life money. Really want to know, thank you.

I think that's a legal grey area since they technically own the rights to your character's apperance, but you own the rights to your specific art of that character. Now if you were selling screenshots taken in-game of your character then that would be wholly against the ToS.
