Anemos armor was pretty much relic since it required you to use your AF gear as material. In the end we are able to get dyable versions with slightly better stats. But designing whole new sets same as weapons for every stage, every race, every gender is going to be a nightmare, so "anemos type" relic armor is probably the only thing we are able to get in recent update schedule.
