Relic... Armour?

I'm pretty sure the Eureka sets were their attempt at relic armors. A poor attempt but an attempt nonetheless. Not so much because of the appearances in Pyros and Hydatos....they were just no different than any other piece of gear in the game. They don't seem keen on giving gear special procs or bonuses anytime soon, though they did give increased stats for fully upgraded Eureka sets. Sadly it only applies to Eureka and very few people actually bothered to upgrade them beyond getting their glows. In the end such bonuses didn't amount to anything beyond Eureka and BA so...
