Meh, Pegasus mount and Alexander minion are about all I'll get from this.
Got all the ponies, got the lanners, got the beast tribe mounts, got the music from the beast tribes. Got all the riding maps.

Inferno horns are cheap enough/easy enough to get in a minute unsync'ed from Ifrit. Quicker than syncing Sastasha I'd imagine for numerous stones to buy them. Same with the Ponies, unsync 2/3 times you'll get your pony much quicker than running Crystal tower umpteen times to buy it.

I feel for people whio have been playing for some time the rewards will be useless or for people with a brain who can go...."Hang on! I'd be quicker just doing this...." the rewards will be useless outside 1 or 2 items.

Soooo yea. 2 items. I have no interest in the earrings at that price and for something I'd rarely ever take notice of on my character anyway since they're so small. Right side accs I hardly notice in the game ( I don't run around zoomed in to my head or zooming in to other peoples heads) so why they'd make a big deal out this I dunno. Shouldve been a namazu tshirt or something.

I'll probly go for earrings the higher price mounts crchestrion rolls pets and cards everything else I either don't need or through doing beast tribe quests and such and battles just get it that way

The rewards are WAAAAYY too expensive for how many tokens you get. Seriously, 100 tokens for an earring when a 40 minute run of castrum/praetorium gives 3? Almost every other item on the list except maybe the Diadem stuff can be gotten much more easily just by running the content the item comes from. Square really needs to learn how to balance their incentives. When you make stuff that's ridiculously grindy like this, it doesn't mean people are going to be doing it tons, it means they are more likely to ignore the system entirely because the reward isn't worth the effort required.

With the item prices as they are, the tome payout should be triple what they've listed. 3/6/9 not 1/2/3.

It's quite baffling. The idea is good but the grind required is simply preposterous

4. Hjalmr and Herklaedi can be obtained from doing the Odin trial unsynced and less than 1-2 mins per solo run

Not to disagree with the time/reward ratio being questionable but, Hjalmr and Herklaedi are actually different from the ones you get from the trial.
Blue (Odin FATE variant - will also be able to get from event):

• Tank Exclusive
• 2-piece set (head + a full body onesie using the Body slot as the core)
• Visually bulkier

Green (Trial variant):

• Can be worn by any DoW (yes even ranged if you want your BRD/DNC/MCH to wear full body armor)
• Regular 5-piece set
• Visually slimmer

I've used both as glamour (in the past I used the blue variant for my WAR, then I used the green variant for my DRG briefly).

Better to have an event rather than not one at all. I could see max level players not take benefiting much from it (as they would have most things already), but it would seem appealing to newer players so that's something.

A bit overpriced, but I'm OK with it, especially for the Diadem stuff. I have them but since Diadem is dead, it's really nice to give the opportunity to gain the mount and the minion.

I DO find that it's quite the grind thought, but... I mean, if you really want it, I guess it 10 MSQ roulette runs for the Pegasus mount. As for the rest (like the Namazu earrings) I think I'll just pass to be honest lol

My only thoughts is that this is stupid grindy and its limited time? Kinda sucks. I really want that Namazu earring and I don't know if ill have the time to do it as im in the process of moving out of state ( oh well! ). I would love this if it wasn't a limited time event. It's a good way to incentivise roulettes, but it defeats the purpose if it's limited time only.

Fair enough. I'll farm a couple of these. I think we're just very used to Enix's regular events where you get everything in 20 minutes, but considering most of these are available items or just earrings it's not that unreasonable they don't just hand them all out. It's like they've added bonus rewards to dungeons for a month.

Is it just me or is this unnecessary though? If someone leaves your group you're in trouble.
