    Restarted the client after 30mins of 0.0B/s, got 10mins of 400-500kb/s and now flatlining again.

    Also again, not to sound completely clueless but with regards to this patcher... what's the difference between remote and local connections? I'd just like to know more about this thing I'm staring at. :3
