Crystal Data preferred servers

Why is all preferred servers locked and can't create any characters on them. Doesn't preferred world mean has small population.

I would say just try creating a new character at a different time, although depending on how quickly the worlds get populated then they might no longer be Preferred, but best to keep checking the update on the Lodestone.

I will take a guess and say its primarily because of Bots.
They are now using Lore based modified names and inviting themselves to the Novice channels. Because of World Visit, its doesn't matter what world they make characters on now.


Why wouldn't they choose a World with Double EXP buff on? faster leveling must help them a lot.

So how it is my other family member can't create character on same server as me. If they don't fix this right away. Can to that turning away a lot new players that want play with there friends or family members that want play with others. Preferred world should never be locked and at 7pm server is pretty dead. There is no excuse for them to do this. Even delete 2 alts and didn't open up a slot for them.

Its not based on the number of characters created on the server. Its based ont he number of characters logged in.

Just looked and right now its dead the server. There is not queue when login like had in the afternoon so its not even close to max out. At 7pm server is pretty dead. If its still locked at 10pm I know something up. Been on server for years so know when its busy and not busy its times.

They might've put servers on lockdown yesterday because of the DDoS attacks. Should be okay to make a character now I think.
