Thanks for sharing the patch, the official patcher never works for me. Despite my connection being solid it always says it needs 8 or more hours to torrent the patch. Yours estimated a few minutes. ^^:

After this is finished, where do I copy this file to?

If you go into My documents>My Games > FFXIV > Downloads...there will be two oddly numbered patches the one with the 4 is the one you want, click that go into metainfo, and click the patch that has a date closest to now (3.07 is this patch), and open it up in the torrent downloader of your choosing. Only if you use torrents, if not....what century are you in?

After it downloads copy and paste that to the Patch folder, remember when you picked metainfo there was a patch folder there too, the patch folder will look very similar to the metainfo, you click patch, click the 4 numbered folder and copy n paste.

This only works for some people now because SE has locked down their internal trackers you can only get seeds from the local peer exchange and DHT, which for some people doesn't connect to them.
