What are the actual chances that 200+ people would all gang up on one person and abuse the system? What does it take to determine if somebody is botting?
Teleporting? Spamming "By GIL NOW @SOMETHING.COM"
If something like that is found, then isnt it obvious? IF not...then why would anyone ban them beyond lying?
Oh I don't know maybe some hunt train or discord community decide they don't like somebody? What are the actual chances that 200+ people would all gang up on one person and abuse the system? What does it take to determine if somebody is botting?

Are you going to explain to me why my idea would not work or are you going to post memes? Memes do not substitute for an intelligent response. So If youre just going to meme I have nothing left to gain from this discussion and will take my leave from it.
Edit: Also note, about "resources."
It only takes 1 gm to examine the one player being accused. The only time they would investigate the others (who reported them) is IF there is nothing there. The resources shouldn't change that much. If some people DO go out of their way and lie to abuse the system, well the account can be banned, so they can only do it once. Im sure people would get the message loud and clear.

I dont think it would matter how many accounts, If the player removed has not done anything that screams "bot", such as spamming gil ads or teleporting through the ground. If we are smart enough to point bots out, i would hate to think that SE could not.
