    I was playing Trial on PC, got gifted a code from steam.. Now I'm steam locked???

    Is there a way to fix this?? I've had nothing but problems using steam in the past. I was playing the demo - got gifted a code for the expansion. I didnt even know it was through steam. Then earlier today I went to preorder the new expansion and it wouldn't let me... I had to contact support to get my order refunded through Square Enix. Is there a way to remove steam from my account? Like I said it was gifted, I definitely would NOT have chosen to get it from steam if I knew.. I keep having problems with steam and I dont use it personally. :/ I've spent money on the mog station on this account and have leveled my characters up pretty high... I'm so disappointed...

    Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to your Square Enix ID.
