The impression I got was that there is one for each specific tactic.Does the cooldown timer on CC tactics apply to each tactic individually? Or does it apply to CC tatics in general.
Example: I cast sleep on the toad. If I cast sleep again within the timer cooldown and it sticks, the effect is halved. So instead of casting sleep again, I use Stun to avoid the halving of the effects. I continue doing this until the beast is dead.
Is this correct?
Same. Sleep has one timer and bind has another forcing you to strategically use a combination of sleep/bind/stun/etc to keep a mob or group of mobs under control. This should prove interesting for a blm who's job it will be to keep adds asleep or at least less of a threat to the party while they focus on a boss or mini boss.
