    Unable to login on PS4

    Im having a lot of difficulty logging in on ps4. It goes from connecting to playstation network then the screen goes completely white...then the connection times out and a connection timed out error. I also at times get the message: “the update patch is currently downloading....”

    I have reset my router, restarted my ps4 countless times. I can connect to psn and play other online content with no problem. Tried other devices and the internet streams good. I just cannot get to the login screen at all

    How long have you been having this issue? Also is the PS4 connected to the internet through wifi? If so, could you connect it directly to the router?
