Why can't I use my card to buy a Fantasia?

I have the Steam version and the only thing it's showing as a payment option is Steam Wallet. I distinctly remember being able to use a card before. Did they change this recently or am I missing something?

EDIT: I just tried buying Crysta to buy one and I can't use Crysta to pay for it, either!

I'd rather not be forced to use Steam Payment when I bought Crysta for the purpose of buying the Fantasia.
Especially given that Steam Payment makes you pay tax, when buying via the Mogstation doesn't.
I'd also appreciate an actual response that helps my issue, rather than a "just use that method".

Probably got bundled in with the whole issue about the steam changes a few months back. You are probably screwed.

Deleting my cookies seemed to remedy the issue. Wish I had learned about that last night before buying the Fantasia with Steam Wallet.
I suppose I can just use the Crysta to pay for my sub next month, or to buy another Fantasia when Shadowbringers drops.

I'm in the same boat. I actually bought 2 for my alt AND main like in the past 2 weeks. I'm just gonna be buying another couple to change into viera in literally a month. Money burns a hole in my pocket..
