I haven't bothered attempting the above since I did this post cause well, lifes too short to pay for a games monthly subscription, not be able to play it and also be frustrated from the experience so I thought I'd eliminate the one I had some control over (being the latter).

Also bumping post as per the request from the previous thread for internet explorer instructions changed to edge, I've tried to follow them but just don't seem to end up at the right areas for each option, etc.
