why i quit before reaching endgame (feedback from a new player)

I've story skipped and level skipped a couple alts to Stormblood. Granted it does get old redoing story multiple times. I have too many alts and need a counseling clinic in Limsa that I can spend time at.

I know of people who don't even really have a main. They kind of play all their characters equally, and that's kind of crazy for me. It took a lot of work just to get my main where it's at, and I don't even have all the classes at 70 (granted, I only level classes I care to play, or to kill time), don't even craft. People must be super efficient.
