If you're asking how to give such feedback while you are playing the game, it's menu, support desk. If you're asking for where on these forums you can make such suggestions, I see we have specific feedback forums here for web site, companion app, and localization. Anything else should go in general, it seems.

Well, would go in the forum most relevant to the suggestion. Like suggestions about HUD options go in the User Interface forum, while suggestions about items, gear, or crafting go in the Items, Synthesis, and Gathering forum, and so on. Only if the feedback doesn't fit any of the gameplay categories would it default to General.
