Didn't read this entire thread so I don't know if it was said, but Feint with the new Disembowel WS will be very useful since when solo you do tend to miss quite a bit and also the paralysis would be helpful for soloing as well. If you manage to miss in a group then you might as well use it anyway since the combo will only cost 250tp lololololololol

"An issue wherein the accuracy bonus received while partying was not functioning as intended."
could mean they fixed it so the party bonus is now being calculated correctly, which led to WAY more misses, which is why the party bonus percentage has gone up

If you think about it... soloing a MOB 2 ranks higher than you, you miss quite a bit....
But being in a full party and fighting the same MOB, you NEVER miss
%10 just can't do all of that.. so there was clearly an issue...
With that being addressed... perhaps the party bonus will now more closely reflect a 10-20% increase in accuracy instead of a 10000% increase

One thing we can agree on! Finally!

The only time I missed was fighting something level 55 or higher on lancer. Against the first coffer key holder in the Kobold stronghold. I'd miss, use feint, and miss again >.<
