So I found it and it's just as "legit" as the others.
That kind of photo is just easily made by taking a picture of a screen and cropping it. Larryzaur did one to show how you can't really trust these.
Plus I think people taking pictures of the screen they play on would not go unnoticed in a media tour that has an embargo.

(And generating Lilies that fade in 5 seconds to have a potency buff is just wrong. No one needs three Cure I casts ever.)
