i want ifrit to be a girl now. fair is fair.
Are you trying to get on the FFXIV Forum Quotes twitter?
So we have three masculine male character models right now. Highlander, Roegadyn, and Au Ra (although you can make those rather feminine if you try). Elezen are tall, elegant, and rather feminine. Midlanders are like Au Ra and can look both masculine and feminine. Miqo'te are almost entirely feminine (except a few outliers that use the one masculine face they have). Finally, lalafell are potatoes. If we base this off the purely masculine races, we have two. So, calling the devs sexist is entirely ridiculous and their choice to make everyone happy is, also, not sexist. The fact that you think EVERY SINGLE THING is sexist is hilarious to me.Well actually... that kinda is sexism. Because there aren't really any "gender norms" both males and females are more on a spectrum between Feminine and Masculine defined behaviour and appearance... as males can be effeminate and females can be muscular/ portray masculine values.
Also the FF12 version of Viera was a product of its time... and gives an impression that can be argued as being sexist - but i don't think this is the place for that particular debate.
I have never called the devs Sexist, i have actually said that its a middle of the ground thing and that it can arguably be called sexist and then only because of the juxtaposition of the two races. I offered a reason why it could be considered sexist, not that it actually was sexist. So we have three masculine male character models right now. You can claim that i think everything is sexist, but this is a fallacious assertion on your part. There have things you have said which i have highlighted can be argued as being sexist or is sexist in and of itself. But much of this is about perspective, my perspective is that it can be seen as sexist, not that it actually *IS* sexist.
just make it a toneberry
I'm all for egi glamours for scholar and summoner
why did they even bother adding the feature if all it does is let u turn ifrit/titan/garuda into carbuncles? Shoulda called it carbuncle glam
I myself suffered from sexist discrimination because I acted like a "girl" and I must say I understood where they might be coming from but I was quite annoyed at the sexist argument. It is something deep and I feel like people us it way too lightly
If you want to know what I think, Obvious troll is obvious.i really want scholar to have male fairy that colors blue, im big fan of berserk so having male fairy reminds me of that character, plus having 2 fairys feel sexist like no male viera, i asked square A lot to add male fairy that buff defense or defense dps and heal, what do you all think?
Lily doesn’t deserve this kind of hate.
