They actually still do, during peak hours. I have been collecting the orchestration rolls lately from those duties and it takes around 15-30mins. Still a while, but not too bad.
Didn't OP "cancelled" his/her sub?

White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.

A lot of people use ilvl cheese so they can get old heavensward raids though which hurts the intent.
I went through deltascape on my alt a few weeks ago and it took like 30 minutes to an hour for each battle so we spread them out over a few days since we had to cancel some queues, this was like 11pm-1am eastern time usa.

I think you also can play for the rest of your paid month after you cancel it - you're cancelling the renewal rather than your immediate access.

Party finder and I have no issues.
Does Party Finder suddenly not exist or something?
You gotta do like everyone else to climb to get there!

But... the raids are basically done for this expansion. Time would be better spent trying to prepare for Shadowbringers, and the endgame content that will open up with that.
This is akin to saying "Hi, I'm two years late but I'd like to get started. Nevermind it all starts over next month."
