I know that. But that isn't why I asked the question. You're allowed to withdraw twice every 24 hours before you get penalized the first time ("three strikes and you're out" sort of thing). That's why I asked if they had previously missed any other queues or withdrawn any time before their first penalty - missing two queues or withdrawing from two queues before would have resulted in a penalty for the OP had any of the people within their party missed the queue/withdrawn. Every withdrawal after the third results in a penalty regardless until 24 hours have passed.
