    Well for the last one as of now you have to both pay and do a quest... Which is reasonable I suppose.

    They wanted seal sinks anyway so ranking up is easily one of the most effective ones since it unlocks new things to buy and a higher seal cap.

    It's the same thing. You earn the currency, and then use it to buy the ranks.

    Ha! My bad for not noticing that.

    They weren't in the notes and previously they had posted both the icons and the cost for ranking up. I suppose they forgot or just wanted to keep it a secret.
