Insane lag after moving server but on the same data centre

I have no idea why but ever since i moved server i'm getting 2-3 seconds of lag and i've never had any issues before. I decided to use the free transfer to move from Cactuar to Turtle. Just because i wanted to be in a friends FC.

Now the game is pretty much unplayable for me anymore. Anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions?

Where in game do you experience lag? Please also provide the following:

-Platform
-Error messages received (if any)
-Wired or WIFI connection
-Other programs being used when running FFXIV
-When disconnect occurs/How often
-Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
