Why would they hold back the Benchmark because of that? Stormblood Benchmark actually dropped before the media tour, and there is no info in the Benchmark concerning skills etc. Just some nice stuff and designs to look at.

Whatever happens I hope they don't ruin RDM, please do not Nerf our ability to dualcast raise, I have saved many runs in content from being a group wide wipe and have been saved in content by RDM dualcast raise.

This is the LL covering all the changes to the battle system. We don't know if there will or won't be other stuff, or what it would be.
