Transferring character to another server

I play FF via Steam, I went to the mog station to initiate the transfer, but when it came time for the payment it asked for my cc # and I'm supposed to pay through Steam, so an error occurred when I input my CC info. I could not see where to put to pay through steam on the transfer. Any ideas what's going on ?




NVM, I just found out that steam players can NOT use the steam wallet for character altering things like this, will have to wait until they have another free transfer, oc by that time the server I want probably will NOT be available!

Steam players can't buy a transfer? I'm sorry; that sucks. There's no telling when there'll be another free transfer period, so you might be better off just making a new character on the server where you want to play.

They said they can't buy it specifically with funds already in their Steam wallet; it sounds like they can if they initiate a new credit card charge.
