But technically SE reserves the right to terminate your account for whatever reason they see fit.

If this is really an issue, though, then upon interrogation and discovery of it, what they should be doing is issuing a "caution." After that they can ban/terminate your account.

Straight-out banning would be both financially irresponsible and bad for their reputation for a situation like this.

Also, on a side note, the parsers that have grown so popular do in fact constitute as tools and flat-out rule-breaking. Perhaps we should make some stupid massive thread about how those players should be banned, too. w
