mog station login

i have a friend who is trying to login to the mog station to resuscribe and move a charater to the server i play on and its not letting him login half of the time. He requested for a password reset and he never got the email. This is not the first time this has happend and the phone support has not fixed this issue please help him fix this issue so he can actually play the game. His email is [redacted].
