I'm just curious whether this means I have craft another recipe entirely to resume crafting, or if it's literally just standing up. Guessing the latter. :]

I don't see them doing that either. But it's not like a bot couldn't just put an extra ↓ in the code to make the character alternate synths, if they wanted to outsmart either of these oh-so-intuive systems, since it just targets repeated use of the same recipe (i.e. how we've been leveling crafting since XI...). :/
