Hard Savage/Extreme: Ready Check + Countdown (13-15 should be okay for everyone, it will probably change in ShB though).

If doing a /cd for more than 10, please make it 15. Some people need to do something at -10, and if you do a /cd for 11~14 they will not get a 10 second warning.
