To countdown or not to countdown?

So to follow up what’s the best thing to do in situations where the countdown is not respected(one intentional early DPS/early pulls)? I find “you pull it you tank it” doesn’t work because people who didn’t pull it end up getting aggro.

A warning followed by a vote kick the next time it happens is the solution.
