How find normal players for last quest?

For me it was an interesting fight with white lady. She kill my friends and I wanted to see the battle longer for revenge. And I have many runs in WoW dungs to MANY runs MANY. But I did not interfere with the players to pass the dungeon. First time only happens once.

Phase 1 with Livia will mostly always have the same duration, since the damage there is from the cannons and not influenced by player level.
